Makeover

I inadvertantly switched to New Blogger, which has screwed things up for me. For one thing, I lost my profile. All of my "Favorites" have been lost somewhere in cyberspace. I'm going to have to re-create these lists sometime, which may take some time, although I did have fun creating and editing these lists in the first place. Another thing that got screwed up is that it linked my blog to that of my classmates', using the same password so that no one else can log on unless I give them MY password. Ugh. Don't really want to do that. Most of them don't even know that I have this blog. Not that there is anything in here that the whole world can't read, but it's like leaving your e-mail open. Anyone can pretend to be you and e-mail obscene things to the librarian or the nun or something. I'm going to have to figure something out.

So, what do you think of our new look? I like the blue -a little more subdued, like myself. The bright pink wasn't really me, even if I do publish my inner most thought on the world wide web.

Lent began last week. I had overheard some nurses talking about what to give up for Lent. I don't always give something up, but I do take this time to try to be a better person -you know, like Spring Cleaning for the soul? I try it every year, but usually revert back to a cynical, saracstic, grump. I'll try to make this year different. Hey, I switched from pink to blue, didn't I?
