Radio Stations

I don't know what radio stations to listen to now that I am back. When we were out in KC, I was listening to Jack, which promotes itself as "we play what we want, " ie, they don't take requests. They played a mix of mainstream and oldies pop, classic rock, arena rock, R&B, and country. I also listened to the classic rock station and NPR. I found my old classic rock station here, but I can't find other stations to listen to. I am not sure if they have changed since we left, or if we just don't get the same stations because we live in a slightly different area than where I grew up, or if my tastes have changed (I do like country now, ya know), or quite the opposite, if my tastes have not changed at all, and I am stuck in the 80s and 90s. Anyone have any suggestions? I wish I could figure out a way to listen to Pandora in my car during my 45 minutes commute to work. P.S. I don't have an iPod. I'm a bit of a technophobe.
